| Shipping And Handling All orders are usually processed and shipped out within 2 to 3 business days with the exception of bespoke pieces. Wue is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or FedEx. All shipping costs are determined by the value of the items purchased and the destination address. Orders to shipping addresses within the United Kingdom under £50: Recorded delivery (Royal Mail) Orders to shipping addresses within the United Kingdom over £50: Special delivery (Royal Mail) Orders to shipping addresses outside the United Kingdom under £500: Airsure/International Signed for (Royal Mail) Orders to shipping addresses outside the United Kingdom over £500: Courier Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, the package then becomes that carrier's responsibility and Wue is no longer liable. | Delivery Schedule We deal with your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 10 business days and international orders are generally received within 20 days except for bespoke pieces. If you do not receive your order within these time frames, please contact us to track your order for you. Alternatively, we can provide you with the Tracking Number (Royal Mail) for your parcel so that you can keep track of the delivery for your order. |
| Back Orders While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available. In this case, we will back order for you and notify you by email the expected ship date. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A few of the items on the website always need to be special ordered because we don't keep them in stock. In those cases, the lead time is indicated on the product information page. |

| Returns Policy Returns are gladly accepted within 14 days for store/website credit or exchange. We do not provide refunds or cash back. All returned items must be returned in original, sealable and unused condition with the original packing materials. Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. To make a return or exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain this, please email us at info@wuegem.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. In the event of your necklace/bracelet having snapped, Wue is happy to help restrung your necklace/bracelet but please note that a small charge will incur for restringing and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. |
